If you have a 20SE, or any of the non-Honeywell panels mentioned above, we recommend sending an email with a picture of the system to supportalarmgrid.com or calling our main phone number (888-818-7728).If you order today, depending on the product, there may be a significant delay in shipping it to you.
We apologize for any delays, and assure you that products will be shipped as soon as we can get them. Before COVID, we had significant stock of nearly every popular product that we sell. But demand has outpaced our suppliers ability to meet it, and has exhausted the stock we had purchased to meet increased demand during the government-mandated lockdowns. If you need the product right away, it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate you. We ask for your patience as we all navigate this unique situation together. Be nice to our employees, they are doing their best to answer your questions and get your product to you as quickly as they can. While we ship most items promptly, UPS and USPS, are often not getting products to our customers within the promised timeframe. We are unable to offer refunds for slower shipping at the moment, as this is not within our control. While 3-day shipping may, sometimes mean 4-day shipping, it will still be faster than Ground. If you need your product quickly, please choose faster shipping, as it will be faster. But do not expect to get the product in the expected timeframe. If you are here to get product quickly because you are unable to get the product at your usual supplier, rest assured, we are also out of the product and wont be able to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Like our end-users, we will be delivering products as soon as we get them in. The process of getting into installer programming via the backdoor is different depending on which system you own. It will help you determine whether you can reset your ADT alarm system, even if you do not have the installer code. ADT nearly always uses HoneywellADEMCO products when they install in home. Sometimes, however, they use DSC, GEInterlogix, 2GIG, or another major brand. If your system is a Honeywell or ADEMCO and is wired, then look at the circuit board in the beige box. It should look something like this: If you see a long rectangular PROM instead of this small, square one, or if your PROM says Safewatch Pro 2000, then you likely have a VISTA 20SE. A Safewatch Pro 3000, however, corresponds with the HoneywellADEMCO Vista 20P.
